March's Gusty Bits

Hello All :)
March's Gusty Bits found us scattered across the US and one on the other side of the world for a while, amongst a start of what looks like a very gusty and dry spring.  We need moisture so badly and the wind can stop blowing off the little bit of moisture we do have.  It also found us continuing to plug along with school...here is the picture trail through March's Gusty Bits...
...Dottie, she is such a sweetie...can't wait to see what her calf looks like...

...a view of Kirk's morning devotion view :)...
...Mango, aka, Fruity, Fruit Cake, Fruity-Fruity...LOL, he is one-of-a-kind cat...always likes to find the highest places whether inside or out and his favorite napping spot is by the bag of library books lately...

...we have had so little rain the pond is pretty much dry, so the ducks have moved up by the barn and are constantly making a mess with the water troughs...still love them for the duck eggs, though!...

...why yes, I am 'helping' Daddy take the dumpster out :)...
...Jadon last minute decided to join in on a 12-mile memorial race for a fallen Navy Seal...it included a mix of running, distance swimming, running with a pack, and a distance swim with a pack...he hadn't really trained for it, but said it was a fun challenge...

...this side-kick and myself took a hot meal to Janessa on one of her campus CCA days...

...Spring Break: we loved every second of rest, healing, and recouping...we all happened to get Influenza A for the second time going into spring break...so, our days were pretty slow and just took the days as they came.  Towards the end of Spring Break, once everyone was feeling a bit perkier, we treated the girls to some park time, steamed dumplings, and Over The Rainbow Ice Cream...

...the beginning couple of weeks in March saw Kirk in Uganda, Africa with a mission team ministering to the Batwa people...he loved going on this mission trip again and felt he learned and grew more this mission trip than he did last year...ready to head out...

...he bought a painting off of a local guy there, framed it, and hung it up in his room...it's kind of cool!...
...Uganda and Rwanda coffee is some of the best...I am SO glad he came back home with a few bags, and we have been savoring every sip of it...
