February's Love Tidbits

Hello to all :)
Here are the tidbit photo snaps of February's Love Tidbits...it definitely flew by this month and felt super short!  It was a pretty normal month, though.  Normal school goings-on and extracurricular activities, as well as enjoying a visit from Jason's aunt and uncle.  The guys made a quick excursion to Dallas for a Babylon Bee Live conference.  This month also found Jadon prepping for his trip to Africa in March that he will be going on with a missions team.  Here are some snapshots of the mentioned month's activities, among others...
...a couple of Kirk's snapshots of this cutie...

...enjoyed the Stars of Texas art show with the girls...this was KeKe's favorite of the show; this rabbit sculpture out of scrap metal...so fitting for her with her love for her bunnies...

...Janessa's favorite art piece was this lion picture...
...just some of the second man-cubs house plants...

...this fur ball's most recent place he loves to sleep and hang out...I think he just likes watching for when food is left out on the counter unattended, LOL...

...why yes, we wanted broiler chicks but got three times what we ordered...upon calling and notifying the hatchery, they just said: 'our mistake, Merry Christmas'...this momma is sitting here thinking NOT Merry Christmas, as we have to feed, raise AND butcher all these birds in a short 8 weeks...our butchering amount just tripled, sigh!!...

...they are cute...for now...in a short bit, they will be ugly birdies...

...a Christmas cactus found its new home in this pot...

...our typical Valentine's meal of sparkling juice, snacky/charcuterie-type foods, and a 'love' gift of a pound of raw European cheese from Veldhuizen Creamery, its the best...my guys did treat me to some special dark chocolate this year that was delicious...simple but a fun family meal...making blessed memories are so worth it...
...my hubbies and my date night out...we enjoyed this board uptown while our man-cubs kindly babysat their sisters...
...my hubby is so thoughtful, purposeful, and the best guy around...I love him!...
...we SO ENJOYED the visit from this sweet aunt and uncle from Kansas!  It was such a blessing to have them stop over in Brownwood during their Texas travels!  We love them much and are grateful for the catching up and memories made with them during this stay...

...this tea is some of the best...yes, if anyone knows me, they will know I am a lover of good traditional coffee/espresso drinks and great teas/lattes...

...the menfolk met a good friend at the Babylon Bee Live Conference...they came back home and said it is totally worth going!!!...they got to talk to the ones that run it afterward...

...while they were gone to the above, these mamas decided to start kidding...KeKe did not know what to think, but Janessa was ecstatic...

...aaaaannnnd a throwback to yesteryear!!!  Aaaaah, a great memory from our farmplace in Kansas and the bank lines we always set in the spring...look at how little these two guys were...time flies too fast!...it makes me more purposed as the years march on to enjoy and live in each moment with purpose and intention...
....a quote a came across this month that just fits with the above pic and thought, and I thought I'd leave it with y'all as we look towards the lamb or lion month of March...

"Life's tragedy is that we get old too soon and wise too late."
