Jumping June

Howdy :)

Well, my goal was to have these pictures reversed, but I am positive that computers do NOT like me and, once again, it has decided to keep putting the pictures in the reverse order from what I want them.  I know some of y'all are probably chuckling, rolling your eyes and thinking it is the operator, but ask anyone in my household...computers really do seem to not like me, lol!  So, in reverse order through the month here are the snapshots that were snapped of some of Jumping June's busy moments, as it was a bit of a month that kept us jumping from one thing to another...there are moments that are not getting logged due to a lack of snapshots too; like visits from out-of-state friends, birthday fun Kirk had with a friend, some 40th birthday gifts didn't get snapped among other moments...

...wow, I can't believe my 40th birthday was this month...I do NOT feel 40, and I am thankful for that!  Thank you to all of you who sent a birthday wish via text, email, card, gift, in person, etc...each and every wish was appreciated, loved and enjoyed...

...this particular 'gift' was 40 birthday texts of pictures of some of my favorite places, views, walking roads, hiking areas, etc in Kansas...it was pretty neat to keep getting pictures throughout the day of some of my Kansan favorites...

...some sweet friends in Texas surprised me with an afternoon and evening outing to a neighboring town for some shopping and eating out...great talks and memories made...

...such a fun, fun coffee gift...this coffee was so fresh and delicious and I'll think of some of my sweet Kansan friends whenever I sip a cup...

...Jason surprised me with a date night to eat out at a new restaurant...delicious burgers!!!  
...ah, this cup has a story behind it too...I love it!...

...FINALLY, about 7-8 years after I said I would make these man-cubs a REAL Baked Alaska(april fools joke was the first faux one) I got one made...
...my quiet devotion/Bible time view and buddy...

...working on thoroughly cleaning the garage out...it was an all-hands-on-deck job at times, but mostly Jason :D...do you see the one overseeing, lol :D...

...this man-cub went to the LEAD conference...it was a blessing for him...here he is with a mentor friend...

...our Pentecost table...we purposed to celebrate Ascension Day, Pentecost, and Trinity Sunday this year...it was a true blessing and made us really pause and think on what all Christ has done for us...


...quiet time: while the littlest one napped, we did a read-a-loud on the front porch with a treat...

...Kirk helped a professional beekeeper with a feral/wild beehive removal and relocation...it was amazing and it was a HUGE hive!!!...
