February's Follows



Hello to all!
It has been a short, but busy month!  
I'll let you follow the snapshots through February:)
...out on a walk...these two come with me quite often now, since I go much slower as I am nearing the end of this pregnancy...
...feeding the neighbor's goat cookies...she would LOVE to just move this goat home, LOL :)...
...she was playing dress-up and used, Mittens, as her doll(not unusual), but this time she brought him to me and said, "Um, Mom, I can't get this doll dress off of him!"...needless to say, it took some doings to get it off of him, and we about had to cut it off....the funny thing is, this cat PURRED through everything!  He is such a sweet, laid back furry feline, lol! :)...

...we were blessed with some family from Kansas, as company this month!  Here Jason's sister and family came to visit for an extended weekend.  It was a fun time of lots of energy, games, being outdoors, etc...here is a Power Grid game going in full force(it lasted close to 4 hours, if I remember correctly)...

...this is Strudel, who was rejected by his mama, so he has become a bottle baby...he is quite spoiled, lol!...

...during the frigid temps, the goat kids would pile under heat lamps to get warmed up...
...dreaming of and begging to get more baby chicks and baby ducks this year...
...this young man, has taken to sketching and drawing lately...Diego had to be right on top of everything this particular evening :D...
...a special cake we had done, as a special 'Thank-you' for Jason's parents coming down this month, to help finishing a big project and a few smaller ones before Baby K arrives....they arrived right in the middle of the winter storm, so came from the cold north into a cold south and never got the fun of warm Texas winter temps....this was a delicious vegan Chai Spice Latte cake...
...besides getting cabinets re-varnished, baby stuff set up, cold weather extras and other stuff, almost every evening found a game of something going on...


...it was actually cold enough in Texas, for once, that the pond froze hard enough to go slide around on--yay!...
...matching scarves for 3 sweet, beautiful girls!  Thank you for the fun matching scarf!...
...Hubby and Daddy, surprising and blessing Mommy and daughter with some flowers...
...painting...
...a treat in front of the warm fire...
...a bluebird surviving the unusual, cold, frigid temps...
...making mini-cakes for CCA classmates and teachers...
...here are the cactus and succulent ones that he did...

...Mittens, the cat that HATES the cold and LOVES heat!!! He sat here, right up next to the screen for several minutes before going to the edge of the bricks and laying down!  We were waiting for him to start sizzling and smoking-LOL!... 
...a couple of sweet friends surprised and blessed us with a sweet shower for Baby K...

...fun, beautifully decorated sugar cookies with succulents and cactus theme(some of my fave plants!)...

We look forward to the arrival of Baby K soon! Blessings until March and hopefully we will have some news to share :)  Love and Blessings!
