February's Story

Hello to all!
February is a short month in days, but our family's February story was very full and blessed!
It seemed this month bursted at the seams more than most.  Besides the story in these snapshots, Jadon started shotgun shooting and Kirk archery with 4H.  They are enjoying it!  We enjoyed visits from some great friends and family, amongst general life activities.
...an absolutely fun game night...
...a special package in the mail from G'ma Meyer...
..."mommy and me" green clay face masks; her smile and thrill was priceless :)...
...Daddy and Hubby remembering us on Valentine's Day while he was gone...
...a sweet treat and surprise "thank-you" that was so beautifully crafted...
...sweet, precious friends that we don't see often, but can pick right up whenever we are with them; they are a blessing!  We had lots of fun with them visiting for a couple of days on their Texan vacation!...
...Janessa had a blast...
...much football, basketball, ga-ga ball, and lego building found these young fellas...
...a game of basketball in the night...
 ...fun at Longhorn Caverns...

...we then enjoyed meeting up with family in San Saba, it was a great meeting place: walking the nature trail, feeding ducks, sidewalk chalk, snacks, playing in the creek, kite flying and more...
...old railroad tracks over the nature trail...
 ...sidewalk chalk fun...
...this creek was probably the favorite of Mill Pond Park...
 ...much pretend playing-loved it :)...
...many sticks released and raced to see who's came out first under the little bridge ;)...
...Jadon caught this duck, while feeding the ducks; this duck didn't care at all as long as he could have his head in the bucket of corn-LOL :)
...a truly blessed and fun time with this sweet couple...
...all of us gals are doing a VitC face mask...
...Janessa loved having someone other than Mommy do her hair :)...
...braids just free and trampoline fun equaled WILD HAIR!! lol :)...
...reading a Look and Find Tigger book, not just one time, but several! :)...
...we enjoyed doing 30 pounds of meat into jerky with them...although this is the only pic I somehow snapped of the event.  It brought back LOTS of memories of doing jerky in Kansas though! :)...
...build a catapult for extra credit in Latin class....and build Jadon did!  He had a blast building and creating it! :)...
Hoping this finds everyone doing well and enjoying winter budding into spring in the March days.
Love to all!
