Footprints of May....

Our footprints through May, we were busy but good.
God continues to stretch us in ways we never imagined but also thankful He continues to stretch and grow.
...Making GF/DF Cinnamon Rolls...very yummy...

....enjoying the "end of the year" program for Janessa's Kinder-music...

...glad we got these hens and henhouse, as we are thrilled to be getting a couple of eggs for the house from them....

...checking out the new additions to the war memorial here in Brownwood, and while we were there a storm's winds about took us off the hill they were so strong when they hit!...

...we went to a homeschool educators conference, and this is how we made it through all the sessions with mom and dad...doing 'bunch'ems' in our hair! :O....
 ...Kirk testing out a virtual viewer...very funny to watch him...
...both Jadon and Kirk were enrolled in the Men of Valor program these 3 days, so we didn't see them much, but they loved it...
 ...oh yes, LOTS of gum helped pass the time for this missy, too...
 ...on the way home we toured this Botanical Garden, very worth going through...

...we enjoyed a visit from some Kansas ladies and friends mid-May...

 ...while the Kansas girls were here, we took the opportunity to do a 1 day getaway with just Janessa...
...it was fun to have time with each other and just her...
...we spent the time in Abilene, exploring that city a bit more...
 ...at the Zoo...

 ...Red Bud Park, giving the prairie dogs some apple chunks...

...went to see new cousin/niece Elsa and spent the day with her and family...

 ...wheelbarrow ride...
 ...checking on the wren eggs, there was 5...
 ...supper outside...
 ...someone found out that laying a blanket on her high chair and then sitting in it, doesn't allow one to get out easily...she found herself VERY stuck!!!

Hoping this finds everyone doing much better than 'stuck'!  LOL!  
We will catch everyone in June's trails and until then praying you can feel God's nearness!
