Hello to all! Hoping this finds everyone doing well and choosing gratefulness :) Our month went fast but well. We had many things to be grateful for, some bigger and small.   ...Kirk's Science Fair at CCA... ...he did a Red Cabbage Chemistry display and did a great job... ...poetry chapel at CCA... ...an outdoor piano recital :)... ...a fall puzzle, that mom started, but Kirk took it up and did most of it and finished it :)... ...kayaking at the lake, but this little gal decided it was scarier with daddy than she liked, so she came back to shore right after this picture, lol ;)... ...Mittens snuggling... ...this cat ALWAYS finds someone to snuggle into, he is definitely a social cat :)... ...Deigo, this cat prefers to be near but likes his distance too :)... ...Mittens snuggling during Nessa's naptime... ...fun and cute fruit kabobs that Kirk made... ...it's easier to carry Mittens stuffed in my shirt than just in my arms... ...Our Thanksgiving table... ...we missed having ...

 Hello to family and friends :)      We are hoping this finds everyone doing well and staying healthy.  Our month saw changing colors in the trees leaves and changing age for two of our kiddos.  Wow, how can time fly SO fast and they are already another year older!  It's crazy!  Our month was colored throughout with some other fun highlights... ...Kirk's school pic, 8th grade at Cross Classical Academy... ...a fun evening around the fire... ...at Small Group Bible Study we celebrated a little for this one's 5th birthday... ...Daddy helping put together her horse barn...she loves it!... ...our little celebration with just us at our house... ...she made this "birthday cake" all by herself out of some velcro balls :)... ...our traditional birthday breakfast and table...the kids love this, as they don't get cold cereal too often.  Some are ready to hang up the ballooon part of it, but I think the cold cereal treat will always be a go :D... ...Die...

Hello to all :) The camera this month wasn't as busy for some reason...many memories and moments weren't not caught in a picture.  The month went way too fast though, but we are loving the more fall weather! ...snugglin' on the front porch, and she has her apron on ready to go do some baking ;)... ...a unique toad that has been living out front for awhile now... ...fishing on the bayou... ...kayaking and fishing one evening... ...while brothers are out on the water in kayaks, this one is enjoying her picnic type supper... ...we celebrated our 18th anniversary by staying in a cabin(stars of texas bnb) out at the lake...super peaceful, quiet and refueling...we took stacks of reading material and loved being able to spend hours reading in the quiet... ...Monarch, Kirk's pullet-hen, laid her first egg... ...getting ready to smoke some Veldhuizen cheese and flake salt...both turned out delicious!... ...Kirk had his 13th birthday this month!!!  Where, oh WHERE, has the time g...
