The JK Tidbits

Hello... A quick round-up of January and then everything is caught up, until February's trail comes to an end!  January found us starting it in Kansas... ...Janessa enjoying helping Papa Meyer open his gift...  Kirk loving his stocking...  ...studious...  ...Jadon loving his stocking...  ...the day after we got home to Texas, 3 cousins from Kansas came for a few days...they enjoyed many games of basketball(somehow those pics are eluding me) and lots of hunting!... ...Jadon got a duck...  ...Kirk, Jadon, Dillon, Gabe, and Benton with a passel of jackrabbits...  ...hog hunting...  ...more 'bunny-wabbits'...  ...more hog hunting...  ...a special thank-you, that was not necessary, from some great guys, but will be enjoyed!...  ...our library closet--its a very favorite place to hole up in and often find one or so kiddos here...  ...Daddy and Me...  ...um, so she snea...

Finally, a hello and howdy from the JK Tidbits residence!  The past 4+ months have been nothing short of a crazy, insane whirlwind!   Posting a recap of each month in Trilogy fashion was decided the best way to update y'all family and friends.   A few snapshots of each month that give the best overview are following below :)  A quick nutshell in words: We moved 'twice' this past fall--from our rental duplex to the place that we bought here in Texas.......then a week later we headed back to Kansas to finalize selling our Kansan homestead and to pack up what remained in our house/barns, selling what we weren't moving, and packing trailers.  We were in Kansas for a little over a month.  We arrived back in Texas the end of November, had a few visitors that helped haul stuff down, unpack, frame a shed, and make great memories; amidst all this it was preparing for the Christmas Holiday Festivities.  The end of December found us heading bac...
